To provide the best customer service
I started as a Customer Support Representative who handles inbound calls. Then I was moved to the Outbound Team who processed callouts and handle Logistics. We process shipments for Orders and Replacement units, also, we process refunds for customers.
Majority of my career was based on Customer and Order Support. I was promoted to Team Leader/Supervisor and had the chance to manage a different set of employees. I am flexible when it comes to handling different personalities, that's because of my experience as a Customer Support Representative.
I am a positive person, I always look on the brighter side and would spend my time thinking about the solution than worrying about the problem.
Work Terms
I can work full time (6-8 hours a day). I would prefer the payment to be sent via Bank or Money Remittances like Western Union and others.
