Hello, I am Jesselene Obligar a self-motivated, determined and energetic individual. I worked hard in my education to prepare myself to become a successful individual. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering at Bicol University, Legazpi City and now I am a newly licensed Mining Engineer and ready to conquer the freelancing world!
I am a self-motivated, physically fit and energetic individual with a strong work ethic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels and willing to learn and take challenges for continuous growth and development. I believe my greatest assets are my ability to work with different personalities and adapt quickly in different situations.
