I have 3 years experience being an Outbound Telemarketing Sales agent in a call center for U.S. customers. Also, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year assisting cable installers/technicians based in U.S and at the same time provide service for American customers who filed for FSR (Field Service Requests) complaints. In addition, I worked as a Technical Support Representative Tier II for one year in an Australian telecommunications company that outsourced in the Philippines. I provide satisfactory customer support to both Australian and American customers while making sure that rules and company guidelines are still aligned. I firmly believed that all things are achieved with good communication and this has been my strong regard and dedication to all the people I worked with. I have developed skills that are very essential in providing good quality customer service such as; proper time management, perseverance, and patience while being compliant to company's guidelines.
