In 2000 as a stressed out college student dealing with worsening knee and back pain from many years of long distance running, I found my way to a tiny yoga studio in Idaho. What began for me as a strictly physical practice continues to evolve and has deeply impacted my life in a very expansive way. In 2011 I completed my Yoga Alliance teaching certification and have been teaching, practicing, and studying ever since.
I consider yoga to be my cross-training for life. It is a medicine that can be as subtle or as potent as my body and life need it to be. I love introducing and demystifying this practice to folks who may be uncomfortable with yoga studios as well as those who are simply seeking a deeper personalized yoga experience.
Knowing how my own daily practice has been a catalyst and support for positive growth in my life, I enjoy sharing my experience with others.
My hatha yoga classes emphasize alignment and focus on uniting breath and movement in a slow, meditative dance that I encourage students to carry with them off of the mat.
I offer private sessions, seasonal classes, and collaborative workshops in the Front Range area.
Work Terms
Hourly yoga appointments can be scheduled Monday-Friday from 9- 6pm. Weekend appointments are an additional $20 and can be scheduled Saturday from 2-4pm and Sunday 10-5pm. Corporate classes can be arranged for $150 per hour by contacting me. Anything over 15 mile drive distance from Loveland, CO will be an additional $20-40 depending on drive time.
