The past 10 years of my working career have been filling various administrative roles to assist companies and online entrepreneurs in efficiently running their businesses.
Currently I am a leasing associate/administrative assistant for a property management company, I handle entering parables, receivables, reconciling statements, lease renewal processes, and various other admin/leasing tasks.
Before that I worked from home for 4 years as a virtual assistant helping online entrepreneurs manage projects, emails, create and design spreadsheets, documents, and digital designs. I also taught how to use various online platforms such as Mailchimp, Wordpress, Hootesuite and more.
I started out my administrative career in a series of temporary positions ranging from general office manager, accounts payable associate, and data entry clerk.
While I am not available for full time positions or large time consuming ongoing projects, I am more than open to smaller chunks of regular assistance and one time projects.
