About

I am a reliable and hardworking individual who worked as a Customer Service Representative from a well-known company here in the Philippines. I'm handling medical account before and I'm very confident in communicating with different clients. From my previous experience, I learned to be more sophisticated and well-versed when it comes to talking with different clients.

I also used to be a part-time ESL teacher to Japanese students and because of that, it improves more on how I communicate with different nationalities.

During my on-the-job training as a Mass Communication graduate, I used to be a radio announcer and a copywriter as well. For this kind of work, of course, I need to be a critical thinker as well as a good communicator in order to be understood by the listener.
