I am a college student with a passion for writing, and I have the patience and discipline to proofread a piece efficiently.

I am a 20-year-old from Southern Maryland who learned how to write from attending a private school for the first twelve years of my education. I was greatly influenced by my creative writing teaching in high school but never thought about pursuing it till now. I particularly love writing short stories. My background gives me a lot of insight and experience I know other people do not have. My dad passed away when I was 10-years-old from colon cancer and it was up to my mom younger brother and myself to try and go on without him. My mom and dad were no doubt an example of true love, and my mom was completely broken when he passed. I stepped up as much as any 10-year-old could. I always receive comments whenever I write an emotional or powerful post on social media. Anytime I post something about my dad my relatives always tell me how beautiful or moving it was to them. I work at a daycare, so that is pretty self-explanatory I would say. I love it, and it means I have a lot of experience in child care. I am currently going to my local community college to earn my Associates degree in Social Sciences. I have taken many Psychology, English, Communications, and some electives like Intro to Women's Studies and Abnormal Psychology classes. These classes have improved my writing skills and I have rarely ever received a B or lower on a paper. My hope by using this site is to make this my hobby (because I have not had time for real hobbies in a long time), and to finally be able to use my writing abilities, and express myself through my writing! I also recently became an Independent Consultant for the company Arbonne, and am in the works of building my business!

Work Terms

I will be writing as I can. I do not have set hours or days, as I have a full-time job, however, I am usually free weeknights and on the weekends. I prefer to be paid by check or direct deposit. My preferred method of contact is through email or through messages here.
