I'm currently working as Quality Assurance Specialist for Sales Representatives in a publishing company. I monitor, audit, and transcribe sales calls. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for over two years where I communicate with authors via telephone, email and/or letter to answer questions and inquiries, address concerns, and educate authors on services scope and business processes.
I have supervised a retail store as an Asst. Sales Unit Leader for seven months where I was in-charge of staff scheduling and planning; doing sales trend analysis; presenting sales summary reports; and other managerial tasks.
I've also worked as a Technical Support Representative for Call Center Company where I manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; troubleshoot cable, internet, and phone services issues; and accept payments and answer account and billing inquiries.
I have excellent oral and written English communication skills and proficient business email handling skills. I'm adept in multi-tasking and a detail-oriented person.
I also have experiences in proofreading, copy editing and headline writing as the Editor-in-Chief in a campus paper.
Work Terms
I can work more than 30 hours/week. I'm available from 12:30 P.M. - 5:30 P.M. EST on weekdays. I preferred to be communicated via email. Payment terms are negotiable.
