Fun and energetic lover of Hospitality and wine
My pre-quarantine life was dominated by an insanely long commute from the Jersey Shore to NYC where I held an Assistant Food & Beverage Director position at a large hotel. "Burnt Out" is an understatement.
These days are quite different...my attention is focused on three very high maintenance women; my fiancé, a feisty dog and a cat with a balance disorder (don't worry, she is thriving). And my job...TBD. For now my focus will be on wine, teaching it, drinking it and always learning more.
Wine is magical.
