Mexican and Transnational Legal Consulting

I`m a mexican private practice attorney with more than 10 years in legal consulting and litigation.

Have a Tax Law Master Degree and currently finishing dual master degree in LLM and Transnational Legal Practice at Washington University at St. Louis and ITESM.

Our main projects are legal consulting for business related in Mexico and US, and litigation; but can do drafting legal documents in spanish or english, patent registration, company incorporation and other legal services related.
