I started working as a Sales Representative for an outbound campaign of the leading satellite radio service in the US and stayed with the company for more than a year. Left the company to look for a better opportunity and at the same time, gain new skills. Then, got a new job as a Technical Support Representative dealing with users that has technical problem with their Windows devices. I was promoted as Senior Technical Support after six months handling escalations ticket and supporting agents in providing resolutions to customers. I stayed with the company for almost three years. I moved to a new company and currently handling a premium account of the leading telco company in the US. I am now seeking a home-based job that fits with my abilities and skills and of course, to learn new things also. I can work with minimal supervision and can quickly adapt to a new environment.
