I'm the person you need to organize all the behind the scenes work so that you can concentrate on the main goal of your business. I will take care of customer service needs, paperwork, travel planning, client onboarding, meeting and event planning and preparation, supply orders, data entry, as well as, keeping you and your business organized so that everything associated with the business runs smoothly.
I begin each position by taking a look at your business goal and mission statement then prepare an outline to show you exactly what, if anything needs to be implemented for improvent.
Work Terms
I am available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. central time.ans also Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon. In cases that require extra work hours, I am willing to negotiate further. I require a flat rate of $20 per hour and require regular weekly payment for the entirety of position
