1. Hours of Operation
Our team is available to assist you during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Local Time)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Local Time)
Sunday: Closed (Emergency support available on request)
2. Payment Terms
We prioritize transparency and clarity in our financial dealings. The following payment terms apply:
Project-Based Payments: For project-based work (e.g., website development, marketing campaigns, etc.), payments will be divided into milestones:
Deposit: A 30% upfront deposit is required before work begins.
Progress Payment: A second payment (40%) is due at the halfway point or upon completion of the first deliverable.
Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon project completion, before final handover or delivery.
Retainer-Based Payments: For ongoing services (e.g., digital marketing, construction project management, or tax advisory):
Monthly retainers will be invoiced at the start of each month.
Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Hourly Services: For consultation or services charged hourly, clients will receive an invoice detailing the hours worked and applicable rates, with payment due within 14 days.
Late Payments: A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices after 30 days from the due date.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card.
