To obtain a responsible and challenging job opportunity where I could practice my knowledge and ability while utilizing and continually developing my skills

I am 39 years old, married with 3 kids. I grew up in a small City of Baguio and spent my childhood and Highschool days in an orphanage founded by a Canadian couple. After I graduated high school, I went to college and had to leave the orphanage as part of the rules. I worked hard by doing odd jobs and did part-time jobs in fast-food chains to pay for my board and lodging including tuition fees and other school expenses.
After graduating from college, I applied for several jobs and luckily got hired in a Call Center as a Customer Service Representative. I've been in the BPO industry for over 12 years now.
A hard-working professional, I have been consistently praised for being focused on the job by my colleagues. I have developed proven skills in multitasking, communication, and teamwork over the course of my career. These enables me to have an effective rapport in dealing with clients resulting in good inter-communication and a better understanding of their concerns.
Other than that I keep a well fit hobby like muay thai and trail running to relieve myself from stress and keep my body, mind and soul healthy.
