Overal Jill did an amazing job on my illustrations. She is very creative and made my story come to life through her illustrations. The project started moving very quickly but took 2 1/2 months vs. the 1 month she estimated in her quote. There were times when I was promised delivery of new illustrations but didn't receive them for up to a week. I am happy with the end result of the project, but would have liked a more firm project timeline with deliverables met, or communication to help me understand any issues along the way.
