  Jim was very helpful.I was told my computer was hacked and had virus's on it.They told me it would cost $300.00 to fix problem. went into panic mold. Seen Jims name on face book and was talking to him. He assured me it would not cost that much to fix it. I took two computers to him and he fixed both
