I Graduated with a Master's in Business Administration. For the past 7 years, I have been working as an expert freelancer in customer services and have provided virtual assistance to many clients on various projects.
I worked on multiple virtual projects for different clients in the U.S, Canada and Australia. Mostly these projects related to customer support, technical support or non-tech support to the industries involves in the businesses for Furniture, real estates, Medical Softwares, Air purifiers, Food supplements, food, health, beauty, archery products and oil products.

Live Chat support, Phone support, Data entry, Inventory Management, Shipment Management, New Product arrangements, Orders issues, Email support, Tracking issues, Claims from Vendors for defective products delivered, Handling Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Work Terms
I will charge $8/Hour to provide Customer services via email, chat and telephonic conversation and I will be available for these working from 8 AM to 10 pm EST for these services. 100% Job will be completed and I will do Honest work. Further conditions you can discuss at the time of Interview.
