From the hallowed halls of Xiamen University to the bustling streets of Paris, my journey has been one of relentless pursuit of knowledge and the application of that knowledge in the dynamic fields of law and international taxation. With a Master of Law in International Tax on Taxation and a Bachelor of Law with a minor in English from Beijing International Study University, I have honed my expertise with a GPA of 3.86/4.0 and an IELTS score of 7.0, reflecting my fluency in English and a deep understanding of legal principles.
My professional journey took flight with an internship at the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, OECD, in Paris, where I contributed to shaping tax policies and administration on a global scale. In Shanghai, at WTS China Co., Ltd., I immersed myself in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and conducted in-depth research on tax policies and laws, including the implementation policy of QDLP in China and the Export Control Law Regime.
At Miaozhendida (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd., a Bytedance affiliate, I navigated the complexities of international tax team tasks, managing payment requests and tax exemption certificates, while also designing applications for tax data and evaluation. My role at the Capital Intellectual Property International Exchange and Cooperation Base allowed me to engage with overseas scholars and contribute to the translation project for cultural media and intellectual property laws, a task that required both legal acumen and linguistic dexterity.
