Client satisfaction is something I strive for!

Hello there! I am a retired professional with over 27 years of prior experience in the telecom sector. After so-called early retirement, I realized that I still have the zest to work & contribute and hence the freelancing at Guru! (Work Innings 2.0!!)

During my 27-year long stint with one of the biggest telecom operators in India, I worked in various domains - core engineering, field operations, administrative, compliance & legal areas. At the time of retirement, I served at the mid-manager level, managing a team of 5-10. My job required working with a lot of stakeholders & clients at times.

I am highly fluent in the English language. I am confident that I can successfully deliver on assignments related to writing (formal, legal, letter, blogs, content, etc.) as well as broadly related to MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Work Terms
