from the very childhood i was very crazy to do something new somewhat different from others but poverty did not allow me to do so .however i worked for two years in electricity distribution company as junior engineer and then left that and joined AIR INDIA . i have been working with air india since last 11 long years. but since this is a government owned company no extra ordinary skill is to be utilised for career progression .though i helped my managers to analyse a lot about manuals or any wrong doings. in aviation one does not have to utilize his own mind, everything is mentioned in the manual and blindly follow them. yes ,you should be proficient in english and have the ability to challenge the manufacturer of concerned component to show your talent and bring good impressions.that's all.in my organisation manpower is not task based but policy based instead.career progression is limited which is fixed policy based.
