At JL Administrative Services, we desire to work with construction professionals to make their lives easier, including small-sized commercial and residential construction trade contractors and small service-based business owners. Ultimately, our goal is to take on their administrative and operational tasks to focus on growing their businesses.
My name is Jeannine Warrick. I am an Administrative Consultant with 30+ years of experience in the administrative field, 15 of those years working for General Contractors and a National Painting Contractor. My expertise is in appointment setting, customer service, email management, office operations, and procedure setting.
My journey as a virtual assistant started in 2010 after being laid off from a commercial general contractor as his office administrator. I started assisting financial advisors, insurance agents, a salon owner, carpenters, and painters. Although I enjoy working within different industries, I thoroughly enjoy the diversity of helping consultants, entrepreneurs, micro-small business owners, property managers, and commercial and residential contractors.
Owning a business is hard work, and my focus is to make administrative processes easier and take away the administrative tasks to help business owners shine. It may sound crazy, but I love assisting with scheduling appointments, managing business owners' full inboxes, delivering excellent customer service, and whatever is needed to help set my client's business apart from their competition.
