Jim provided me with an ActiveX control that exceeded my expectations in a number of important ways. He clearly grasped my design and functionality intentions, and proceeded to execute them without my needing to spend a lot of my time guiding him. The first test version of the software I received worked perfectly. There were only three small issues which, once I pointed them out to Jim, were promptly resolved. The whole project was completed in a very timely manner. Once delivered for installation on my server (and after I paid Jim) he continued to provide me with detailed assistance so that I could get the control working flawlessly on my end, and understand some of the technical nuances of it. In summary, Jim was a true professional to work with. With his combination of technical competence, insight, problem solving capabilities, and customer service, I would enthusiastically recommend him to any other GURU employer.

Jim was excellent to work with for several reasons. First off, he is proactive. He took the initiative to call me and ask questions to gain a thorough understanding of the project (before I even selected him). He then made it a point to keep me thoroughly updated via e-mail and phone for the duration of the project. His technical ability is great. He finished a mission critical job (a complex one) in less time than I though possible. He works very well under pressure. I WILL work with him again.
