Have you ever wondered how technology can solve complex challenges? I have too. During the Programming and Software Development I and II classes at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, I realized that I could turn problems into solutions and fell in love with it! And this passion is not recent; since the 9th grade, I was already creating simple projects using block programming.
After that, I went to the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais, programming in C with Arduino in my mechatronics course. My dedication earned me the academic excellence award for the class of 2019. Not only that, through self-learning, guidance from my teachers, and a lot of study, I entered UFMG.
After falling in love, switching from Production Engineering to Systems Engineering was my next step. A process that took one year, a year in which I couldn't stand still; I needed to learn more. That's when Driven Education came in, offering a 100% scholarship to become a full-stack web developer.
And here I am, almost a year later, trained in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, C, C++, Agile methodologies, REST API creation, SQL, NoSQL, Object-Oriented Programming, Test-Driven Development, ORM, Styled Components, ESLint, and much more. Technology is my tool for creating solutions.
But more than technical skills, I believe in the importance of interpersonal skills. My journey has taught me the importance of resilience, collaboration, and communication. It was not in vain that I received the award for best student in the midst of a pandemic! These skills, combined with my passion for technology, allow me to face challenges creatively and efficiently.
Among the projects I've worked on, one of the most interesting is an E-commerce platform. It is original and built in a group, using technologies and frameworks such as:
- React
- Node
- MongoDB
- Vercel
- Prettier and ESLint
- Styled Components, and much more!
Among my responsibilities, application design and documentation stand out, providing a good user experience and a guide for developers working on the project.
Test it yourself here: "https://projetao-ecommerce-front.vercel.app". Also, check out the documentation: https://github.com/mateuspit/projetao-ecommerce-front! Is the application not working? Wait a bit; the servers are suspended and may take a few minutes to go live.
If you are looking for a dedicated software developer who is committed to turning problems into solutions, here I am.
