Skilled Admin Support / MS Office Specialist
I am 35 years old and been working in a corporate setting for 12 years. I got my first job as a Human Resource Staff specializing recruitment for 2 years then landed on my supervisory position where my skills, knowledge and personalities were honed over the years. I am working as Administrative Support with the following responsibilities:
* Creation of process & Standard Operating Procedures
* Write memorandums, policies and minutes
* Email handling. Creation of emails for employees
* Handling of FB Page and Sales Portal
* Internal and project auditing to analyze the system and ensure compliances of all personnel
* Organize company's activities and programs including coordination with external entities
* Produces various reports and proposals as directed by the Executives
* Consolidate company's report to be submitted to the Executives
* Organize meetings with the management and do presentations
Work Terms
*I am looking for freelance and part-time jobs and willing to spend 25 hours in a week to do whatever tasks that will entrust to me.
*As for the payment terms, I prefer a weekly or bi-monthly payment but still depend on the agreement between me and the client.
* Details of the tasks can be discussed in whatever platform the client is comfortable to as long as it is in accordance with the terms and policies of Guru.
