• Preparation, drafting, review and finalization of Retainer Agreement as per lawyers’ instruction.
• Updating collection report and monitoring clients’ status of payments.

• Preparation of letters and other necessary documents in regards with updating their outstanding accounts.

Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday 4:00 PM to 9 PM (Eastern/Philippine Standard Time)
Saturday – Anytime 24hrs available
Sunday – 12PM to 10 PM
During this hours, I will be available to:
• Response e-mail and inquiries
• Perform bookkeeping tasks
• Address clients request and concerns
• Schedule phone class or video conferences
Please note that I observe standard business hours based on Easters Standard Time or Philippine Standard Time to be exact. If you require assistance outside of there hours, please let me know in advance, and we can discuss arrangements. Additionally, I aim to respond to all inquires as soon as possible.

Payment Terms:
• I will collect a Deposit of not more than 10hours of work.
• Will issue an Invoice in a weekly basis due immediately.
• Accepted forms of payment includes
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
• Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per week.
Please ensure timely payment to avoid any disruption to the bookkeeping services provided. If you have questions regarding the payment, feel free to discuss them with me, and we can make suitable arrangements.
