I am a freelancer. I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from Centro Escolar University Manila.

I have worked as Sales Executive in Bossini at Mall of Asia, and have ojt (on-the-job-training) at
Ryokan Asia Travel as Travel Agent and Advance Solution Incorporated as Accounting Head Assistant.
I have an experience in customer service,
I answer phone calls to give assistance to customers and book a flight. I also do paper works, reports and vouchers.

I also have over 2 years of professional experience as a Financial Service Representative in the BPO industry.
I experienced dealing with different races and and customers who are angry, frustrated and afraid.
Having an interaction with them builds an emotional connection with customers.
It also helps me addressed customers concern without conflicts.
I am confident that my exceptional skills matched with great customer service will make me an asset to your company.
