Word Girl | Custom Card Girl | Sunshine Girl ...

I am so proud to be called all of the above! If it brings joy, value, encourages someone, I am all over relaying the message in a way that's creative!

I am a bubbly person(thus, the sunshine girl tag above) who has always loved words - how you speak them, sing them, write them... And, I was always sensitive to the power they possessed in lifting someone up or tearing someone down. Very happily, I choose to use my powers for good :)

Career wise, I had the pleasure of working in print media for a major newspaper in the Southeast. I wrote promotional copy for upcoming news stories, and worked closely with top graphic designers. The complement of being in such a creative environment equipped me with an eye and skill for design, which has since opened the door of writing and designing custom cards.

As long as I can write I'm happy, whether it's copy for an article, newsletter, blog, website ... I'm your word girl. And, if that's not enough I also love to sing. Some people, excluding and including family, say I'm actually good at it. LOL!

Once an agreement has been made for us to work together, I require a deposit to begin any writing or design. The balance is only due upon completion of project. I accept all major credit cards - Visa | Mastercard | Discover | Amex.
