I started with Xerox Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in 2011 as a Customer Care Professional, moving up as a Trainer in 2015, working closely with upper management assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and providing 1:1 coaching to the immediate assigned team. My experience over the years developing in the area of customer experience and as a bilingual facilitator, has allowed me to evaluate situations of different job requirements taking into account the perspectives at the administrative level, as well as a solution for the final consumer. Throughout my period in the area, I developed excellent skills to communicate my ideas, this has transformed me into a better collaborator, thus improving teamwork. I'm a person who's not afraid of challenges but I faced them with an open and positive mind.
Work Terms
I overlap with US hours, mostly working in morning shift, however, I'm open to working in different schedules. I preferably like to communicate via Skype. but I can get used to any tool.
