I am a Nigerian rained and based Lawyer with 10 years post call experience mostly in Corporate and Real Estate Law.
I have worked as a corporate secretary for a 4 year period, between 2011 to 2014,after which I resigned to Partner with the firms of Phillips & Fabs Consult, where I worked as the Managing Partner between 2015 to 2018. At Phillips and Fabs Consult, my responsibilities included corporate restructuring, drafting of various legal documents, bidding, supervising and negotiating of contracts, Land registration and real estate management.
In January, 2019, I relocated to Abuja, FCT and got engaged with the firms of Stratum Sync where I work as the head of the Soliciting department, handling general corporate consultancy and drafting of legal opinions, Agreements and MOUs, Contracts and Patents.
