Bridging Development and Data to Deliver Scalable Solutions and Actionable Insights

I am a Full Stack Developer and Data Analyst with 10 years of experience, based in the Philippines. Over the years, I have worked on a variety of projects that involved both developing web applications and analyzing data to help businesses make informed decisions. My experience spans multiple technologies and techniques, allowing me to choose the right tools for the job depending on the project requirements.

In Full Stack Development, I have extensive experience working with both front-end and back-end technologies. On the front-end, I have worked with React and Angular, with a preference for React due to its flexibility and efficiency in building dynamic, scalable user interfaces. Angular, on the other hand, is my choice for large-scale applications that require a more structured approach, with built-in tools like dependency injection and routing.

For back-end development, I have primarily used Node.js and Python. While Node.js excels in building fast and scalable applications with its non-blocking architecture, I lean towards Python for its simplicity and strength in data processing and backend services, especially when working with frameworks like Django and Flask. Both have their strengths, but I typically choose Python when the project involves heavy data manipulation or requires rapid development with fewer lines of code.

In terms of data analysis, my experience covers working with large datasets and making data-driven decisions using tools like SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel. I prefer Python for complex data analysis tasks due to its vast ecosystem of libraries, allowing me to perform tasks like data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization with ease. However, for quick, structured querying and reporting, I find SQL to be more efficient, especially when working with relational databases. When it comes to creating visualizations and reports, I use Tableau and Power BI for their user-friendly interfaces and the ability to quickly transform data into interactive dashboards. For more custom visualizations, I use Python's Matplotlib and Seaborn, which offer greater flexibility.

Throughout my career, I have continuously balanced the trade-offs between different technologies to provide the most suitable solutions for clients. Whether optimizing a web application’s performance, ensuring a smooth user experience, or providing actionable insights through data, I ensure that I select the right tools for the job based on the project's unique needs.

With my background in both development and data analysis, I am able to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements, ensuring that solutions are both efficient and aligned with business goals.
