What gives me the most satisfaction is knowing that my work is providing real solutions to the organization that hired me.
I've been writing code since 1989, starting with Nantucket's Clipper Summer 87 to Visual Foxpro and now Asp.net ,C# ,MS SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services.
Worked mostly as a freelancer to small and medium companies involved in export, retail, distribution & manufacturing. I've also had short stints as a developer and sales engineer for 2 software companies.
Creating reports and systems which consolidates data from multiple sources such as Sybase Anywhere , Oracle and SQL Server is what I am spending most of my development time in. Presently I am tasked to consolidate data from an ERIC ERP system, Retail Pro POS system and the older version of Alliance POS.
In the quest of learning the basics of Android programming, I was able to create a simple app CarrierWho which is available in Google Play.
My 2nd project is an internal Android app allowing users to check on the current inventory, selling price and product information.
I've also begun to dabble in NodeJS and Bootstrap
Currently upgrading my skills with www.freecodecamp.com , learning my way to becoming a Full Stack Developer.
Work Terms
I am currently available 10-20 hours a week.
I can be paid per milestone though I hope to be paid weekly once trust has been built.
Milestones can be tracked via Trello.
