Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 I've deliberately written for a variety of industries in order to gain the widest possible experience. I've worked in the industry for over nine years, during which time I've built up a wealth of experience in writing creatively, technically persuasively, and all sorts in-between. I've a natural passion for language and am equally at home writing in US English, as well as my native British English, in a variety of tones, styles and attitudes.

Outside of the literary life I used to be in a Depeche Mode tribute band and play roller derby. I've got a dry sense of humour and a love for vintage radio comedy, music production, and Saabs.
