Work Terms

1. Scope of Work:
1.1 The Editor agrees to provide video editing services for the Client as described in the project details provided by the Client.

1.2 Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Payment:
2.1 The Client agrees to pay the Editor at the rate of [Hourly or Project Rate] for the video editing services.

2.2 Payment will be made in installments as follows: [Payment Schedule]. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the final edited videos.

3. Delivery Timeline:
3.1 The Editor agrees to deliver the edited videos within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the project details or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4. Revisions:

4.2 Revisions must be provided by the Client within 2 days of receiving the edited videos.

5. Intellectual Property:
5.1 The Editor agrees that upon receipt of full payment, the Client will own the intellectual property rights to the edited videos for the agreed-upon purpose outlined in the project details.

5.2 The Editor retains the right to showcase the edited videos in their portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
