Well, when I was 6 weeks old, my parents got me my first puppy – a Cocker Spaniel. We grew up together.
We soon added a cat to the mix and a couple more dogs – 2 Chihuahuas this time.
As an adult, I’ve rarely been without a pet of some kind… and felt the absolute joy of adopting a new puppy, and the agony of saying goodbye to a loyal and trusted friend.
Of course, there’s everything in between – the feeding, training, and playing—that go along with pet ownership.
