Work Terms
Transcription: I will transcribe audio and video content into written text, ensuring that the written transcript is a true representation of the original recording. I will also include time codes to indicate when specific words or phrases are spoken in the original recording.
Quality Assurance: I will review the transcript for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation errors before delivering the final version to the client.
Formatting: I will provide the transcript in the format specified by the client, such as PDF, Word, or plain text.
Timing: I will complete transcription projects within the agreed-upon timeframe, and I will inform the client if there are any delays.
Confidentiality: I will maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information contained in the audio or video recordings provided to me.
Communication: I will communicate with the client throughout the transcription process to ensure that their needs are met.
