I bring to the table knowledge of business, sales, and marketing when it comes in dealing with people for the past 30 plus years in personal and career opportunities. I have tested concepts and ideas to gain an understanding of how to effectively reinforce value for a product or service. This has given me a distinct advantage in finding the decision makers to articulate new ideas addressing the initiatives for both the company and their potential clients. My endeavors are to create campaigns that produce results that put a smile on the key decision makers of the clients I represent while getting them the highest ROI for their company as well.

I have gotten into companies like ClearWater Channel, Caterpillar, UPS and more at the corporate level with qualify leads with potential contracts from several million to tens of million. It was up to the sale person to close it. I get most of the work done. The reason I charge fees up front because too many times I have set up these leads and clients of mine blew the appointments, which affected my bottom line. You want the best, you got the best with me. Either Way. I enjoy people and talking with them letting them share what their needs are for their company in the area of the product that I am setting up for my clients. It is important to me that they get the most qualify and key DM in that appointment.

I start at the top of a company and work my way down and it has always work that way for over 30 yrs. The Initial Relationship Factor is standard that any company presents to anyone potential client is in fact the value that one gets for the services that are provided. Value is important. But even then value can be compromised when there is no true interaction with a client. So how do you present value and have your client walking away feeling as if what they are receiving is worth the time and investment? Its more than just calling into a company to talk with someone, its one on one creating quality not quantity.

Work Terms

In years previous of doing this, we have found what works. First we have found that when you take around 5 business days to look, see demos of the product that the salesmen does with their clients; read; get to know the people at the company that is involved with the product; do some research and even make some test calls; the success of creating a well qualify appointment works. The next step we have found is the first 10 days is a time to test in making calls and through that time we have found we find what to say to the potential clients that gets their attention. The other thing we have found is that even if you got warm leads and even hot leads, even then we have found that their still other DM’s that could be involved. By the time we get into the 3rd week and beyond the appointments are so well qualified that we have literally done 90% of the work for the sales person. We have also found out over the years early on that even though you have targeted names, leads, warm, cold, hot it doesn't matter; by simply going to top of the company (CEO) and working down, is literally 100% effective. And that is the reason why we know that this works every time and for the qualify leads you get (appointments) the return on your ROI, is huge. It has work over and over again and that is why I charge what I do. We know what doesn't work and we know what does. You literally get what you pay for.
