Hi! I'm Benedict, a young professional with Sales, Customer Support with Calls, Chats and Emails with US Telco account, Workout App account and Shell Canada.
I actually transitioned from being an Avionics Technology trainee to Customer Service/Sales because of the Pandemic. As an Airline Avionics, I learned to become detailed oriented and to work thoroughly which I adapt to being a Customer Service Associate. I'm a self-motivated person and can work well under pressure. I understand the importance of working with motivation and passion. I am also willing to try other career opportunities and learn new skills.
Outside work, I participate in volunteer groups that help the community, especially the less fortunate. I love watching movies, anime, and series as well as taking a jog in my free time.
