My goal is to produce professional and well written manuscripts in a reasonable and timely manner.
I'm a US Navy veteran who served in the Gulf War of 1991 and I have worked as an armored car guard for nearly twenty years. My Navy memoir, "Storm Tossed", was published under the pseudonym Jake Porter by Cladach Publishing in 2006. Since then I've moved to the southwest where I wrote the western, "That Day by the Creek" also published by Cladach in 2016. "That Day by the Creek" was a finalist for best historical fiction by Forward INDIES earlier this year. Under the pen name C. M. Buzzard, I co-wrote the four-part western romance "Edie and the Marshal" with Faith Parsons, which is to be released sometime this fall. I am also a member of the Western Writers of America.
