Strategic brand design through the user experience in the physical world.
After graduating from the Art Institute of Phoenix in 2005, I began work as a design for the Phoenix Suns, NBA. At the Suns, we designed not only for the Suns, but also the Phoenix Mercury, Phoenix RoadRunners, arena events, and suns.com developing ad campaigns, and implementing them through various medium.
In 2009 I moved to Omaha, Neb.—my home town—and became the creative director for Omaha Magazine, designing editorial spreads, ad campaigns for advertisers, launching the first content-based editorial website, while art/creative directing photoshoots, cover designs, and other editorial designs for nearly a dozen magazines, and specialty publications. Redesigned the Best of Omaha logo, and designed the Best of Omaha Festival logo and ad campaign. Art directed designers on other campaigns. Developed an ad campaign for Omaha Magazine's inaugural Fried Food Festival entitled "Try It Fried".
In 2015 I began freelancing full-time. I am currently helping as a consultant with an all-natural vitamin company in Oregon, and helping a local brew-pub in Omaha with web design branding.
