Do It Right, Or Don't Do It At All!
I am a native-born United States Citizen who is extraordinarily fluent in (American) English language. I know and understand all of the usual idioms; and my general use of: grammar, syntax, and punctuation is excellent.
I am also a competent proofreader as well as a talented self-editor with a demonstrable eye for detail. My work is always carefully reviewed and ready (or ‘near-ready’) for publication prior to submission. Additionally I have experience using SEO tags, along with both formal MLA and CMOS document formatting.
My background includes 30 + years of: sales, marketing, appraisal analysis, and technical report writing experience. I am presently retired; but, ‘back in the day’ I was an award winning salesman; and my technical (usually property) reports have been widely read and relied upon by various: banks, law offices, private real estate investment, and professional property management companies throughout the greater New York metropolitan area, and beyond.
Before I retired my name frequently appeared on Merrill Lynch Relocation Management’s national list of leading property appraisers and income stream analysts. Additionally I was, also, accepted by the New Jersey courts as an expert real estate witness.
I am a retired real estate broker, and high quality technical report writer, as well as a past member in good standing of: ‘The National Association of REALTORS®’, ‘The National Association Of Independent Fee Appraisers’, and ‘The Society Of Real Estate Appraisers’ (Now collectively known as ‘The Appraisal Institute’); and I was academically qualified by ‘The Society’ as an ‘SRPA’ (Senior Real Property Analyst).

Work Terms
I am willing to accept work by: (1) the hour @ $25.00 per, (2) an agreed price for the (finished) assignment, or (3) at a rate of 20 to 25 cents per word (research included).
The client may choose! Deadlines are to be mutually agreed.
