comments about John’s designs. I am a strong believer in the benefit of design that is both elegant and functional, and our products demonstrate these important traits. Over the six-and-a-half year period that John worked for CapeRay, he developed significant skills beyond his primary training in industrial design. These other skills included usability, mechanical engineering and project management. In fact, I was impressed with his willingness and ability to move beyond his comfort zone and acquire knowledge and skills in new areas such as medical product certification.
