Currently working as a Technical Service Specialist in a bank. Also part of Desktop support team. In 2011 once part of the Password department which handles password unlock and reset. I was moved to the Orders department at 2012 which handles all equipment orders such as monitors, printers, desktops and laptops. Also include requests about software license and installation. Come 2014 I was up skilled to what we called the Messaging Department which we handles issues about Outlook, MS Lync and Skype for business. I assisted users in organizing their outlook, recovering lost emails also connecting their emails to their corporate cellphones. 2016 up to now I trained to handle Corporate/Mortgage users. which we handle most computer issues.
We support/handles various issues with computers used by corporate banks, that includes software & hardware issues(printer, monitors, docking stations, etc).
As a part of Desktop support team we help manage the resources we used to support corporate employees within the bank. We monitor & audit every resources that we use.
That includes phones, VDIs, monitors, cables & etc. We are also in charge in validating all system issues that occurs within the system.
I provide support in almost all basic and some advance computer problems.
I also provide support in various data entry projects.
I love playing basketball, computer games watching movies.
Work Terms
I can work 8am-12pm, can be reached via FB and phone. I also prefer online payment.
