After 10+ years of working in the hospitality industry and being raised by a General Manager, I shifted my focus in Revenue Management. I made this move for purely selfish reasons - no more graveyard shifts and long weekends. But, I found my place quickly and have watched the Revenue Management discipline grow and morph into something completely different - something I love even more than more stable schedule. We are on the cusp of a revolution in hotels where revenue managers will be a core foundation of the hospitality culture in all aspects of the industry. I have already been a hands on part of developing this culture on Sales and Operations teams. I want to bring more to the table and apply these principles and decision making processes to every stream of revenue in your hotel or resort. Work Terms
My terms are flexible. I can work remotely and I have the ability to travel if I need to be hands on. I can work a proposal to fit you needs, however large or small. My base pay rate is $60 USD per hour with a 3 hour minimum, but I can be flexible based on the scope of the job.
