I've been fortunate enough to have traveled to three of the four corners of the earth, swam in three of the five oceans, and have studied at Florida State University where I pledged Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. I left with a brand, a bit of business, medicine & law, a couple friends/ex-teammates who still are or played in the NFL or MLB.

I moved to London, where I studied more business & law, managed fitness professionals, a health club in Purley, Croydon, Uxbridge, Kilburn, Clapham & became as knowledgable as a black cab driver with all the driving in between as well as Fitness Firsts' youngest-ever GM along the way. I've met and dined with actors, singers, sportsmen/women, politicians, lobbyist's, the head of the IMF over tapas at a snow resort in Spain (left unimpressed but hey) Worked in medical devices, advised surgeons during LIVE surgery, saved a couple lives along the way, and learned which hospitals to NOT be treated in.

Finally completed a law degree specialising in "sports law" helped a couple guys & clubs gain lucrative commercial deals and fell back into full-time sports work - Love it! I'm married to a Tanzanian/Jamaican "princess", fathered a son, shot an Uzi, AK47, and threw a hand-grenade (all part of a trip in Europe) can tie an anchor hitch, bowline, and figure eight knots if sailing, jumped out of an aeroplane…with a parachute, crawled under barbed wire (ROTC basic training), can use a bow & arrow (essential life skill I think) enjoy fishing, hunting (where legal), snow sports, painting: oil on canvas, watching football, and reading novels by Alexandre Dumas - Free Dantes!

Work Terms

Operational from 0900-2000 Monday to Friday & 1100-1600 on Sunday’s. Payment terms are half on engagement & balance on delivery. Communication style I prefer is direct
