"Where you don't have to settle"
After graduating with honors from law school, I worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida for over 3 years. During my time as an Assistant State Attorney, he prosecuted thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases and tried over 40 jury trials. While at the office I obtained the rank of a special unit prosecutor handling and trying violent first-degree felonies including attempted murders prior to leaving the State Attorney’s office.
I then left the State Attorney's Office and entered private practice handling huge caseloads as an attorney with an Insurance Defense Firm. While practicing at this firm, I represented multiple AAA rated insurance carriers that included Citizens Property, ASI, ARK Royal, Prepared, Progressive, Security First and Weston.
In January of 2019 I opened my own law firm where I represented individuals in civil law suits and criminal cases. Additionally, because of my extesnive litigation experience I was retained by several law firms to assist them in all aspects of litigation including deposition coverage, legal drafting and mediation.
I am an active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar and the United States Southern District of Florida Federal Bar and the New Jersey Bar.
While in law school, I was an active member of the Trial Team and the Moot Court Society. In addition to serving on the executive board of the Nova Trial Association, I also represented Nova Southeastern University in several trial advocacy and moot court competitions nationwide. I graduated in the top quartile of my class from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where I earned my Juris Doctorate. At graduation I was also inducted into the National Order of the Barrister for excellence in trial advocacy.
