Words to Grow Your Business
Ever wonder how you write reality TV? As soon as I tell people I've written for Nat Geo's Alaska State Troopers and was an Associate Producer on A&E's Emmy-nominated Hoarders, this is the first question out of their mouth.
The answer?
Well, when I was living in Seattle, I spent many of my days plopped down in front of a monitor sifting through 30 hours of video transforming it into a 25 minute script. Some people would call this hell, but for me it was pure joy.
Working in Seattle's TV industry, I learned how to tell a story and get a message across. Yes, all stories, and all good writing for that matter, have a message/point. Determining what that is makes the 30 hour whittle job much easier.

Outside the video world, I've spent far more time traveling than most responsible adults should. From Australia to China to Mexico, I've traveled so much that I was compelled to write an e-book of tips to help 20-somethings get abroad. For now, I've hung up my globetrotting shoes in the Asian City of Angels.
Besides writing and travel, I'm an obsessive NBA fanatic and have recently become a connoisseur of the Bangkok pastry scene. And yes, believe it or not, Bangkok does have a pastry scene.
