I worked as an order fulfillment specialist for 2 years. My previous client's line of business is about dropshipping and they are selling on Amazon. I mainly work for order fulfillment department wherein we purchase items ordered from Amazon to merchants like Walmart, Homedepot, Samsclub, Overstock, and more. We used gift cards to purchase the items we sell and we also use cashbacks to save more which means more profit to earn. My client back then owns a particular software which we used to pull up orders easily from Amazon. From this said tool, we are able to easily pull up orders and process them manually.
I also have past experience in handling several shopify stores. For your reference of shopify stores I've handled before, here is the list of the sites I've worked back then: janebrad.com, streetment.com, springmall.com.au and also stores that have deactivated like easeyo and toolcooking. We used Oberlo to process and list orders automatically if the items came from Aliexpress and we process orders manually if the items came from different suppliers. From the different suppliers, we contact them manually for stock availability and if there are price change. We also do customer service for customer complaints and inquiry to assist them and to satisfy their needs. I am also very fluent in using google sheet or excel since this is the tool we usually use.
