• Developed an advanced model for an international telco that predicts customer churn, cross-selling and upselling, and performs customer segmentation. Provided recommendations on customer targeting based on the segments identified.
• Designed and developed dashboards that provided real-time insights at executive level to several local and international banks, ISPs, and a central bank.
