Work Terms

5. Floor Plan: A scaled diagram of a room or building viewed from above, showing the arrangement of spaces, doors, windows, and other architectural elements.
6. Site Plan: A detailed drawing that shows the entire scope of a building project, including the building footprint, landscaping, and surrounding features.
7. Zoning: Regulations that dictate how land can be used and what types of structures can be built in certain areas, affecting design and planning.
8. Building Code: A set of regulations that ensure buildings meet minimum safety and health standards, influencing design choices and construction methods.
