I started working on 2011 as a documentation staff for a company that buy and sells Club shares in the Philippines. I answered phone calls from clients who are interested with our service, arranged deliveries and pick up of documents that is needed by our Sales Consultant. I am also responsible for encoding each and every client's information on our date base and update necessary details if needed. After working for 6 months, I got regularized and promoted at the same time as Administration Assistant. When I got promoted, my main responsibility is to always update our buying and selling data that is being presented to our meeting and advertised on our website and newspaper . I am still updating client's information but specifically for clients that is handled by the General Manager of the company. Sometimes, I also do field work. Meeting with some of the clients for closed transaction and for document purposes. I've worked for that company for 2 years and then decided to change my path. That is when I started my BPO journey. Since 2013, I worked as a customer service representative for different accounts from different countries. Most of the account that I've handled is telecommunications related. Phone and mobile services, internet provider and television subscription. I also had an experience on an account that assist customers regarding their private health insurance. Aside from Customer Service, I've been on an IT Company as a Service Desk for a year. While with the IT Company, I was hired to receive phone calls from actual employees of the account that I handled but transferred later on to emails.
Work Terms
I'm currently looking for part time job cause I still have a pending application for office based post. Payment Terms would be partial before the start of the project and full once completed or full at the end of the project.
